Debbie is the Executive Assistant for Derrick A. Sands, CFP®, ChFC. She coordinates Derrick's calendar,marketing activities, prepares reports for regular client financial planning progress sessions and assists with the development of prospective client financial plans.

Debbie has an Associate of Arts from Tulsa Community College, previously served 12 years in the Oklahoma Air National Guard in Tulsa and has 9 years experience working with Derrick.

Debbie is married to John, a high school teacher and football coach. They live in Sapulpa and attend 1st Christian Church in Sapulpa. They have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
